Artwork Requirements (Quick Guide)

  1. Supply your artwork:

    • In PDF (preferred), EPS, AI, PSD, TIFF or high-resolution JPEG
    • CMYK colour mode
    • Correct size and proportion, using our templates where available
    • With 5mm bleed (unless otherwise stated)
    • Images embedded and fonts outlined
    • One design per file, named with size and description
    • No crop marks, keylines or template guides visible
    • Only use the Design layer if using our template

    Colour Matching & Pantones

    Pantone colours or transparency effects don’t always print as expected. If colour accuracy is critical, we recommend ordering a test print first.

  2. We can’t accept artwork:

    • In RGB, or with missing fonts/images
    • With no bleed or incorrect size
    • With multiple designs on one page
    • Using altered or outdated templates
    • From file formats like InDesign, Word, PowerPoint, CorelDRAW, Canva etc. (unless exported correctly to PDF)

    Final Check

    Before sending, open your PDF in Adobe Acrobat/Reader to make sure everything looks correct.

    If artwork doesn’t meet requirements, it may delay your order - but we’ll always let you know if we spot any issues.
