1. Supplying Your Artwork

    This site is designed for you to place orders with print ready artwork that you already have.

    Uploading your artwork with the job keeps everything together and helps us get your order into production quickly.

    If you do not already have artwork, don’t worry. There are some simple tools you can use to create it yourself, and if you prefer, our design team can create it for you (details at the bottom of this page).

  1. "I already have print ready artwork"

    If everything is correct, we will send your job straight to production.

    How to upload:

    1. Select your product and choose your size, quantity and options
    2. Scroll to the Upload Artwork section
    3. Upload one file per design
    4. Add your item to the basket and checkout

    Please make sure all artwork is uploaded with the job. Emails with artwork attached may not be picked up by the production team.

  2. "I need to create artwork myself"

    If you do not have design software, you can create simple artwork using easy online tools. These work well for posters, banners, signs and basic layouts.

    Popular options include:

    Setting up your canvas:

    • Match the proportion of the size you are ordering. For example, a 2000 mm x 1000 mm banner can be designed at 1000 mm x 500 mm.
    • Keep text and key elements away from the edges
    • Export your design as a print quality PDF

  3. "What if my artwork isn’t print ready?"

    If we spot an issue that will affect print quality, we will pause the job and contact you before printing. You can either:

    • Adjust the file yourself, or
    • Ask us to fix it for you (a small artwork fee may apply)

    Minor adjustments such as simple scaling are usually fine. We’ll always explain the issue clearly before making any changes.

    Anything that involves editing, recreating or rebuilding artwork will require our design service.

  4. "I want Signs & Labels to design it for me"

    If you prefer us to handle your artwork, our in house design team can create a print ready file for you.

    Design Service Pricing

    • £70 per hour
    • Minimum charge: £35 (half hour)

    This covers layout, design, brand alignment, and setting up the file so it prints correctly
